Quick Reality Check – Body Wash dries skin and expensive moisturizer is the antidote!

Filed under: Health, Quick Reality Check — Administrator @ 00:50

1. Have you ever used a personal care product that makes your skin itch or become a bit red or dry or causes your eyes to water or become dry and irritated?

2. If the answer is yes, check your product label for sodium lauryl or laureth sulfate (SLS) or diethanolamine. These are common chemicals found in soaps, shampoos, body wash, and many other health and beauty products.

3. Sodium lauryl or laureth sulfate (SLS) tends to dry your skin. Therefore, your body wash may actually be causing the dry skin, excema, and other skin rashes and the expensive chemically laced moisturizing cream you buy and use is the “antidote” to your body wash!

4. COMMON SENSE SOLUTION: Why not choose a product free of sodium lauryl or laureth sulfate (SLS) or diethanolamine and improve the health of your skin?
