A series of technology licensing agreements were entered into which enable the production and distribution of the new Unity ™ LED Light Bulbs by Omachron Lighting Corporation. The related manufacturing agreements will enable products to ship in late September 2008 for distribution in Canada , the United States , and the United Kingdom .

The new Unity ™ LED Light Bulbs incorporate a series of technical breakthroughs which enable beautiful, glare free indoor and outdoor lighting which is more efficient than fluorescent or compact fluorescent bulbs yet competitively priced. In addition, Unity ™ LED Light Bulbs are RoHs compliant and do not include mercury, lead or other harmful materials unlike fluorescent, compact fluorescent, or sodium lights. Some additional benefits of the Unity ™ LED Light Bulbs include warm or cold weather operation and a useful life in excess of 40,000 hours.
